Join our talented Head Chef Steve Hartley for a series of hands-on cookery classes and discover excellent recipes and techniques to recreate at home – starting with Soups and Stews.
This class will be demonstration-based, with practical knife skills and preparation techniques (including meat and fish), to help get the most from your produce and create delicious soups and stews from what would normally be wasted.
Each class is £50 per person, including expert tuition, quality ingredients and a themed lunch at the Coach House Cafe. This week’s lunch will be Smoked Salmon Succotash.
