Nature Trail
A way-marked path takes you on a short walk around the grounds providing information about the wildlife that is found in Ford Park
There are a number of interpretation boards covering birds, bats, trees and butterflies and an interactive sensory board plus a short activity within the leaflet. The trail has been developed with input from Cumbria Wildlife Trust and our volunteers, who are essential to the maintenance of the property. Copies of the leaflet can be collected from the Cafe.
Tree Trail
A numbered trail around the grounds providing information about the wide variety of trees to be found in Ford Park. The trail was developed by volunteers and the leaflet can be collected from the cafe
