The Coach house studio is a community facility, managed by Colin Williams who is our resident sound engineer. However if you have your own engineer or have the skills to use our equipment then the studio is available to use on a DIY basis. The rate for this will depend upon the length of time you wish to hire but initial rates start at £10 per hour.

We like to record bands as live as possible, but we don't impose our methods on our clients and you can use the studio in whatever way suits your needs. It's just that we like the vibe that you can get from musicians playing together, and then do a few overdubs to polish the track off.

Recording £120/day

MURRAY AND THE SKANKERS

Bob Bolton was the first chairman of Ford Park community group
He sadly died at age 50, much too soon for a hero. Bob saw the need and the possibilities of the coach house as a place for young musicians to rehearse and practice. Bob was a town councillor who got things done and Ford Park is a lasting legacy of his time with us.

The studio manager is Colin Williams who used to run the legendary Southlake Studio
