Ford park is owned by a small group of trustees and volunteers who have formed a charitable trust to rescue this last large open space in Ulverston that may have been swallowed up by developers and lost forever. The T.A. came to play with their diggers and dumpers and in a week transformed the place. We have now a new path through the orchard,
new access to the back lawn for visiting theatre groups, newly painted
and repaired fencing at the entrances, newly painted lamp posts, and
refurbished benches in the woods where all the old iron fencing has been
removed. The whole team were a joy to work with so THANK YOU all

All rooms for hire are on the first floor so please be aware that at present we don't have a lift.
