At the heart of the park, you will find Base – a contemporary, family friendly restaurant offering an exciting daytime menu and evening restaurant menu packed full of flavour, proudly championing Cumbrian produce.
As an ambassador for Cumbrian produce, Mark is passionate about supporting local suppliers and growers, his family friendly ‘field to fork ethos’ means all of Mark’s offerings are homemade and sourced locally, including produce from our on-site kitchen garden here at Ford Park. Using his wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, Mark will be able to cater for all dietary requirements and allergens.
The restaurant interior has also been refreshed to reflect the contemporary style of food and service.
