Can you spare a couple of minutes to nominate Ford Park?

Can you spare a couple of minutes to help Ford Park?

The Benefact Group have opened the nominations for the Climate and Environment Special Draw and will be awarding 10 charities £5,000 each!

The team and volunteers at Ford Park work hard to look after the park and environment for the benefit of the community.

Biodiversity is really important at Ford Park. We protect and develop natural habitats, encourage wildlife and pollinators by planting specific hedges, trees, plants and wildflowers and creating areas where they will feel safe and at home.

We never use chemicals in the park, everything is organically grown, and we even have our own compost area in the garden which not only provides us with excellent compost but helps our Master Composters to educate us all on what to compost and how!

£5,000 would help us to continue the work we do in the park and help us educate our visitors and the school groups that come to the park.

So please spare a couple of minutes to click on the link below and nominate Ford Park.

But you’ll need to be quick as the draw closes on Friday 16th August!

Understanding Emotional Intelligence in Management

Emotional intelligence comprises five key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Each of these elements contributes to how managers interact with their teams, make decisions, and resolve conflicts. For instance, self-awareness allows a manager to recognize their…

Applying life course theory can be tough, but this essay on the "56 Up" series https://www.nursingpaper.com/examples/apply-a-life-course-theory-to-an-individual-from-the-video-56-up-essay/ makes it clearer. It shows how different stages in life impact health and decisions. I found it useful for visualizing theory in real-life terms, and I think it’s great for nursing assignments.
