The forecast is looking good for the Bank Holiday weekend - and it's been wonderful seeing so many families and visitors making the most of the great outdoors and everything Ford Park has to offer this summer!
Our playground is a big hit with kids of all ages, and there’s plenty of green open space for running and playing games. So, why not pack a picnic, grab a blanket, and enjoy a relaxing couple of hours surrounded by nature...
Set off on an adventure along our Woodland Animal Trail, where little explorers can solve the animal clues and learn about the wildlife that calls Ford Park home.
Then head to the walled garden where you’ll find even more to discover!
Kids will love Hops Garden Trail and a game of tic-tac-toe, while you enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of our beautiful garden.
And don’t miss our brand-new educational plaques, which bring the fascinating life cycles of ladybirds, butterflies, frogs, ants and bees to life. It’s a great way for children to learn about nature while having fun.
A big thank you to Barbara Bundy, one of our wonderful volunteers and our very own Moray for creating this new addition to the garden.
With so much to see and do, Ford Park is the perfect place for families to make memories together.
