Ford Park Celebrates Green Flag Award Win!

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Ford Park has been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award, officially recognising us, once again, as one of the country’s very best parks!

The Green Flag Award is the international quality mark for parks and green spaces, and we’re proud to raise our flag alongside 2,250 other incredible sites across the UK. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, volunteers, and everyone who cares for Ford Park and helps keep it thriving for our community.

Why is this award so special?

The Green Flag Award is managed by the environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy and recognises well-managed, high-quality parks and green spaces. Achieving this status means Ford Park meets the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, community involvement, and environmental management.

We’re incredibly proud to be recognised for the care and commitment that goes into maintaining our 8-acre community greenspace. Ford Park is here for everyone; whether you’re enjoying a walk, meeting friends, exploring with the kids, or simply taking in the views.
