Three Events, One Brilliant Day at Ford Park

If you’re looking for a lovely day out in Ulverston, then save the date. On Sunday 3 May (11am–4pm), Ford Park is hosting three brilliant events on the same day - all free to attend, family-friendly and right here in the park.

Whether you’re coming for the art, the cars, the dogs (or all three), it’s set to be a wonderful, feel-good day with something for everyone.

Art in the Park

Our much-loved Art in the Park is back, with a fantastic line-up of local artists exhibiting in a marquee on the field. Expect plenty to browse, from paintings and prints to ceramics, handmade jewellery and more, and a chance to meet the artists behind the work.

It’s the perfect event for a wander, a chat and maybe even finding a piece to take home.

Classic & Exotic Car Show

Sharing the field with Art in the Park, our Classic & Exotic Car Show will be packed with vintage favourites, rare beauties and impressive bikes.

Come and stroll among the polished chrome and gleaming bonnets, chat to proud owners, and soak up the atmosphere.

If you’d like to exhibit a vehicle, we ask for a £2 per vehicle fee, with every penny supporting the upkeep of Ford Park. A huge thank you to this year’s event is sponsors, Lloyds South Lakes Mini

Bark in the Park in partnership with St Mary’s Hospice

And for the dog lovers, Bark in the Park is bounding back, in partnership with the wonderful team at St Mary’s Hospice. It’s a charity dog show with a difference, raising funds for two well-loved local charities.
